Posing for Portraits Guide 101
With the help of my awesome and experienced model I’ve put together a quick guide with a few tips to help you pose for portraits:) Enjoy:) I hope it brings a smile to your face

Tip # 1
Don't be afraid of the camera. Do a quick 2/3 turn, look in the camera and give a nice big smile:)

Tip # 2
Put you chin down to help elongate your face. Don't forget to smile with your eyes;))

Tip # 3
Put your hands to your face in a way that comes natural to you. If your hands feel out of place they will look awkward in the photo. This photo shows my model was quite comfy:))

Tip # 4
Make subtle changes in your facial expression, look away from the camera every now and then. Keep smiling:))

Tip # 5
Confidence is key:)! Get comfortable, i know you worry that camera adds 10 pounds...Don't worry i'll take them off ;)

Tip # 6
Face forward , chin down, eyes on camera and give a smirky smile:) That one always works:)

Tip # 7
If the photographer does something that makes you laugh- go ahead laugh away:)))!

Tip # 8
Above all mentioned- Just have fun with it!:))) I promise you will have amazing pictures in the end !
